In 2014, four members of the Thorgills team threw themselves off a crane to raise money for charity. In 2015 we knew we could 'raise' the bar, both in terms of the amount raised for a good cause and the fear factor!
Not content with 160ft drop for the 2014 bungee jump, eight members of the team decided to take things to the next level. With a 12,000ft skydive to raise money for The Mulberry Centre.
In stark contrast to the weather a year earlier at the bungee jump, the mid July sky provided the perfect weather to jump out of plane, this didn't seem settle to many nerves however.
All eight volunteers successfully made it to 12,000ft and back down to earth, some slightly harder than others! In the process the team has so far raised £2,586.50 for a great cause, any donations are duly welcome.
The Mulberry Centre is a charity originating from West Middlesex hospital in Isleworth who provide support and information for anyone affected by cancer.
