As we reach the end of the summer and look back over the first eight months of the year, we can't help but want to gloat ever so slightly about the progress Thorgills has made. We've increased the size of the teams in our Ealing and Chiswick Branches to help cope with the extra demand from both Landlords and Tenants for our services. We are also pleased to say that the extra staffing has helped Thorgills achieve a record level of business, setting a new bench mark for the level of business a good lettings agent can achieve in any given month. This also means we are reaching more clients and offering a wider spectrum of properties. We are attracting more corporate clients every month, and the introduction of a full time short term lettings service has proven very popular.
Our growth is such that we are now looking to further recruit, as we continue to grow our back of house team, specifically the property management department will need to be kept fully staffed to ensure that our service standards are never compromised. With this in mind we are relocating the administration and property management team to their own site, where they can fully devote their time to ensuring the smooth running of all lets and managed properties. This move will be taking place over the next month and will streamline property management to make contact with the property management team as easy and accessible as possible. If you think you have what it takes to work in property management please feel free to send through your CV and covering letter to email@example.com.
The future looks bright too, instruction levels continue to grow each month alongside new tenants enquiries. Recommendations and referrals are unsurprisingly on the up as we continue to deliver exceptional service, and our 'recommend a friend' referral incentive is as popular as ever. Remember, if you recommend us to a landlord and they go on to use Thorgills we'll send you a cheque for £50, just for recommending an agent that's good at what they do.
In this busy market, using a good agent that gets the right results is more important than ever. If you are a landlord or tenant and require any advice whatsoever please contact your local Thorgills Branch. Remember we are voluntary members of both the National Landlords Association and the Property Ombudsman, so our work is always carried out to the highest standards. Thorgills advice and valuations are free so please do not hesitate to get in touch.
