We’ve listened to your feedback and have recently changed the way that our Property Management team operates, in order to provide the best possible service to all of our landlords.
Each of our expert Property Managers now has their own portfolio, evenly dividing the West London area we cover. For you as a landlord, this means that your property will always be attended to by the same person, ensuring that your Property Manager knows your property and its needs as well as possible.
This new approach is already improving customer service for our landlords. One of our landlords, Sarah, reviewed us on Feefo to say:
“I know that whatever happens, somebody will answer and return my calls straight away. It is good to deal with only one person and no request is ever too much trouble for my agent.
