The current market conditions are ideally suited to first-time buyers: credit is readily available, interest rates are at an all-time low, and the threshold for Stamp Duty has been raised to £500,000, meaning that taking the first step onto the property ladder has become increasingly attainable for many buyers.

However, first-time buyers often need a lot of guidance as purchasing a property can seem like a complicated process, and there is a lot to consider - especially regarding finances. Ordinarily, most first-time buyers would get advice from their bank or a mortgage advisor, but at the moment these experts are not readily available and queues outside banks are longer than ever.

In order to help first-time buyers get the advice they need, we've teamed up with Barclays Bank to provide three free online seminars to provide expert support and advice to help with the process of arranging finances and making a first purchase.

The seminars, which will be hosted online, will each last approximately 40 minutes, and will include a brief presentation followed by a question-and-answer session.

The dates of the seminars are as follows:
- Thursday, 17th September at 3pm
- Thursday, 1st October at 3pm
- Thursday, 8th October at 3pm

Spaces at each seminar are limited so please contact us here to book your place.
