Hammersmith is a veritable transport hub with four tube lines connecting the area quickly and easily to almost all parts of the city. The road network is extremely well developed, with the A4 acting as the main route out of the city to the West via the Hammersmith flyover. The area also has seventeen different bus routes running through it, including from its large bus station, providing access to the rest of London. The leafy back streets and riverside paths are also popular with cyclists. It is an amazing place in which to own a home and then travel around London.

One of the most appealing aspects of Hammersmith is its proximity to the River Thames.
