South of Chelsea and just north of the River Thames, Fulham is one of the most popular residential areas of London. Sports fans will enjoy the proximity to a number of important sporting locations, including Craven Cottage, home of Fulham F.C, and Stamford Bridge, which also features the Chelsea Football Museum.

Fulham is extremely popular with the French expatriate community because of the excellent Lycee (entirely French speaking school) in nearby South Kensington.

There are also a wealth of private schools and excellent state schools to choose from, at both a primary and a secondary level. Most notably, Tony and Cherie Blair's children attended the London Oratory - a state-funded Catholic boys school with exceptional academic results. Private schools in the area include Fulham Prep School and Thomas's School.
